Quotation
You receive a clear, itemised quotation. No hidden extras — what we quote is what you pay.
Step 4
Deposit
A deposit secures your slot in the workshop schedule and lets us order materials.
Step 5
Workshop Build
Your piece is built by hand in our workshop. We send progress photos as it comes together.
Step 6
Delivery & Install
We deliver, install and level everything on site, and clean up before we leave.
Step 7
Handover & Warranty
Final walkthrough together, care instructions, and our workmanship warranty in writing.
